We are happy to review price‑match requests for our Board & Train and Hybrid Training programs only when services are truly comparable.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a price match, all of the following must apply:
- The competing program must be comparable in structure and length
- The program must be locally offered
- The offer must be for a Board & Train or Hybrid‑style program
- The competing trainer must be a legitimate, established training business
- The offer must be currently available (not a past, promotional, or limited‑time deal)
A legitimate company is defined as one that:
- Is properly licensed/registered (where applicable)
- Has an established business presence (website, business name, contact information)
- Offers training as a professional service not private, informal, or hobby training
Price matching does not apply to:
- Private individuals, hobby trainers, or “side‑work” training
- Group classes, private lessons, or online programs
- Intro specials, flash sales, or discounted trial offers
Required Proof
Clients must provide written proof, such as:
- A written quote or invoice
- A link to the company’s website showing pricing and program details
- An email outlining the offer
Verbal quotes are not accepted.
Comparable Value Clause
Price matching is based on equivalent services.
If the competing program does not include structured transfer lessons, owner involvement, progress reporting, or follow‑up support, pricing may be adjusted to reflect the difference in value.
Additional Terms
- Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions
- We reserve the right to decline price matching if programs are not comparable in quality, structure, or support
Behavior Modification Disclaimer
Price matching does not apply to behavior modification cases. These programs require individualized assessment and training plans that cannot be compared to standard training services.
